How does a BoxJump subscription work?
It‘s quite simple. When you order any product, you can buy it once or you can opt for a monthly subscription. If you opt for a subscription, you will create an account with shipping and billing info during the checkout process. Then we ship your first order. Every month thereafter, we ship you a new 30-day supply of products. Prior to shipping your monthly order, we send you an email notification and offer the option to add extra products to that month’s order. You can cancel anytime, no membership fees and no commitment.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel a subscription anytime, with no membership fees and no commitment. Simply log into your account, click Manage Subscription and delete your subscription order.
Is there a membership fee?
Absolutely not. There are no membership fees and no commitment. You can buy once or create a subscription, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I pay for a year's subscription in advance?
Sorry, but we don‘t offer an option to pay in advance. You only pay when we ship you a new order. It offers the most flexibility and choice from month-to-month.
Can I pay by check or over the phone?
Sorry, we only accept major credit cards. However, ordering online is easy!
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we do! When you checkout, you have the option to pay with PayPal, Apple, Amazon Pay or credit card. However, PayPal works with one-time purchases. Unfortunately, PayPal doesn't have the necessary functionality to be used with subscription orders.

Why should I take nutritional supplements?
The ideal way to obtain nutrition is through a diet rich in whole foods. However, this is rather difficult to do and 90% of us don’t get adequate nutrition from the foods we eat. Nutrition supplements are just that… they are supplemental and a great way for you to improve the nutritional profile of your diet.
Couldn’t I buy supplements similar to those in BoxJump on my own and save some money?
You could probably find cheaper alternatives to what we have to offer. However, the quality of the supplements would be less and have lower bioavailability…which means you would be paying for nutrients that your body can’t even use. Or you could visit a boutique health food store and pay significantly more for a variety of bottles that may or may not get you there.
Is BoxJump vegan or non-GMO?
All of our products are non-GMO. Natural Turmeric Root is vegan. However, BoxJump 360 and Omega-3 Krill Oil because the Omega-3 is from marine sources (either fatty cold-water fish or krill).
Could the formulas in any of the BoxJump products ever change?
Absolutely. As new discoveries are made and new research is published, we may modify the nutrient formulas to make BoxJump better.
Where are BoxJump supplements manufactured?
Each and every BoxJump supplement is manufactured in the USA. For us, it’s simply an issue of quality control. Our operations are based entirely in Austin, TX, and we know how to source quality ingredients in the USA. Every product is manufactured in a facility that is cGMP and/or NSF certified. We want to maintain the greatest assurance that our products can be tested, regulated and are the highest quality available.
How do I add a product to my next subscription order?
You can sign in to your account on boxjumpnutrition.com and update your subscription at any time. When you are signed in to your account, there is an option to add items to your upcoming subscription order.
We also send you an email notification prior to shipping your order each month. There is a link in the email that will take you to your account so that you can add items prior to shipment.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed immediately upon check out. Your first order will leave our warehouse shortly after. Orders ship Monday through Friday and often the same day they are placed.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all US orders! Most shipments are delivered 3-5 days after an order is placed, but carrier times can vary and are largely out of our control. Shipping is available for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, and ships for a flat rate of $10. We do not accept international orders at this time.
How do I change my billing or shipping information?
Log into your account via the account icon in the upper right corner of any page on our website. Once you are logged into your account, click Manage Subscription and make any changes. If you’re having difficulty, contact Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we’ll help sort it out.
What carrier will deliver my shipment?
Orders ship through the US Postal Service (USPS).
When can I expect my monthly subscription shipment?
Our subscription system works on a monthly schedule, to coordinate with the 30 servings in each order. Orders are generated automatically every 28 days and ship either the same day or the next business day (if an order falls on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday).
How do I track my shipment?
You should receive tracking information in an email confirmation we send when your order ships. If you do not receive this information within 3 business days, please contact Customer Care (email@example.com).
I moved recently and I think my monthly subscription shipment went to my old address. Now what?
Log into your account and make sure to update your shipping information. Then contact Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we‘ll do our best to get you what you need!
What is your return and refund policy?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Customer Care (email@example.com) and we’ll make it right. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied with your first order for any reason, we’ll promptly refund you 100% of your purchase and you can keep the product. For any other orders or for Bundle Pack orders, we will provide a full refund if the order is returned to us within 30 days and is still in new/unopened condition.
